Truths to Live By                                              FPC Chapel

How does your theology work for you?  Is your theology (what you believe) biblical, cohesive, and clear enough that it is, in truth, a theology to live by?  We’ve covered the first 13 chapters of the Westminster Confession this past year.  We’ll start at Chapter 14 (Saving Faith) and try to complete the entire confession by next spring.  All are welcome.                                                                    Taught by Pastor Addison Soltau

Pathways                                                           Room 109

This class is designed to make you a mature and equipped disciple, teaching you the fundamentals of the faith including:  Your Identity in Christ, Your Purpose in Christ, Knowing God, Marriage and Family, The Church, Christian Biography, How to Study Your Bible and many more Christian living skills.  The class will have a two-year curriculum, which can be entered at any time throughout those two years.

Exodus                                                                 Room 108
Exodus shows us how God keeps his promises to his people, especially in the face of hardship, trial and opposition.  This class will move rapidly through this most action-packed book, highlighting the fantastic rescue of God’s people from captivity, their tendency to wander from God, and God’s response to the faithful and the faithless.  Exodus may be as old as Moses, but it teems with application to contemporary life situations.                                                                      Taught by Elder Greg Miseyko

Inquirers Class                                      Room 305

Have you been visiting this church for a while and have thought seriously that you would like to join this church? Or do you want to learn more about this church and know what this church believes?  Do you want to know what it means to be a Christian? Do you want to know what a Presbyterian is? How is a Presbyterian different than a Baptist, a Methodist, a Catholic, etc.?  All these and many other questions are answered in the Inquirers class.  If you have any desire to become a member or if you want to know more about this church, we encourage you to attend this class on Sunday mornings.

ESL:  Philippians                                       Room 301

The book of Philippians encourages believers to grow in their faith and it promises that God will complete the work He began in us (Philippians 1:6). In this discipleship class we will discover how to grow in our faith.

El libro de filipenses nos anima al pueblo de Dios a crecer en la fe y promete que Dios completará la obra que empezó en nosotros (Filipenses 1:6).

En este estudio bíblico de dicipulado descubriremos como crecer en la fe.
